- Cotton voile with embroidery and lace
- Romantic pre-WW1 silhouette- Dolman sleeves are made of fine floral lace and trimmed with lace daisies. The midsection, which is seamed into the shape of a sash, is embroidered with a chunky art nouveau design in pink ombre. The overskirt is trimmed in this same embroidery, and also has multiple bands of mixed lace worked in. The underskirt has a band of very chunky fine guipure lace towards the hem.
- Cotton is semi sheer, and the laces are all either sheer or feature large open sections
- Closes with a series of hooks/eyes down the center back, along the waist, & down the side
Flat Measurements
Bust: 35”
Waist: 27.75”
Hips: 42”
Length: 52”
Condition: Excellent overall with a few small flaws. It appears that the dress was either resized or slightly altered at one point, because the waistband is slightly crooked in one spot, and has a little gathered spot near back embroidery. There are also a couple old repairs & spots that aren’t noticeable. Presents beautifully. Freshly cleaned
