- Late 1930s/ Early 1940s
- Made of parachute silk, most likely brought home by a ww2 soldier, and made into blouse by significant other
- Puffed sleeves, V neck, and nipped elastic waist that creates a little peplum
- Yoke, down the sleeve, and around the arm are sheer, with hand crochet
Flat Measurements
Bust: 42”
Waist: 24” relaxed, 27” stretched (can stretch more but would be snug)
Shoulder: 15.75”
Length: 22”
Condition: Great overall condition, with several flaws. There is a little bit of seam slippage in a few spots, a couple old repairs, and a few pulls here and there (mostly around waist/peplum in front- nothing that affects wearability). Still completely strong and wearable, and presents beautifully. Freshly cleaned
